Privacy policy

Updated 23 September 2026

Who we are and what this covers

Aacade is operated from Australia. This policy covers aacade.com, our subdomains (including tenfold.aacade.com), and Aacade games and apps that link to this policy. A game-specific notice may give additional details about that game. Contact nilu@aacade.com for privacy questions or requests.

Different products use different features. Playing a game does not automatically use the creation tools, subscriptions, advertising or analytics described below.

Information we use

We process information you provide, such as account details, support messages, feedback and content you choose to create or upload. Accounts use Clerk for authentication. A shared Aacade account may connect your membership and supported game features across our products.

Depending on the game, progress, scores, preferences and tutorial completion may be stored on your device or in your account. Technical information can include IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, timestamps, error information and security logs. We use this information to deliver and protect the service, respond to requests, improve games and understand where players encounter problems.

Cookies, analytics and your choices

Essential cookies and local storage support sign-in, security, saved preferences and gameplay. Clearing browser storage can remove local progress and sign you out.

Where enabled, Google Analytics measures visits, acquisition, engagement and game events across Aacade websites and subdomains using a shared property. Events can include the game identifier, game mode, tutorial steps, levels reached and session outcomes. Google may process browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referral information and cookie identifiers. Our own analytics events exclude account emails, passwords, payment details, private prompts and uploaded content.

We also use PostHog in supported products for product events and, on selected public marketing pages, masked session replay. Analytics availability and controls differ between web and native apps. Use the available analytics or privacy settings to change your choice. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after your consent; rejecting it does not prevent play. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser choices may need to be set again on another device or after clearing cookies.

Advertising

Some free games show ads through Google AdSense (including HTML5 game ads) on the web or Google AdMob in mobile apps. Google and other advertising partners may place or read cookies, use device identifiers, web beacons and IP addresses, and process ad views, interactions and technical information to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Advertising cookies can support personalized ads based on visits to this and other websites, subject to your choices and applicable requirements.

Where required, a consent message lets you accept, reject or manage advertising purposes and partners before those choices are used. Use the game’s ad privacy controls to reopen available choices. Rejecting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertising. Membership benefits, where offered, are described before purchase.

See how Google uses information from partner sites and apps, Google’s advertising information, and Google My Ad Center. Other participating partners and their policies are listed in the consent message. You can also find industry opt-out choices at YourAdChoices.

Subscriptions and payments

Apple, Google Play or Stripe processes payments depending on where you subscribe. RevenueCat manages supported purchase records, subscription status and the shared Aacade Pro entitlement. We associate these records with your Aacade account identifier so a supported membership can be recognized across our games. We do not receive your full payment card number.

Deleting an account or uninstalling an app does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel it with the provider where you subscribed. Transaction records may need to be retained for billing, refunds, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Creation tools and public content

If you use Aacade’s creation tools, your instructions, selected project context and uploaded assets may be processed by the providers needed for the requested feature. These can include OpenAI, ElevenLabs, fal and 3D-generation providers such as Meshy or Sloyd. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not needed for the feature.

Content you publish or share may become accessible to others through its public link. Other creators’ games and external links may have separate privacy practices. Review the notice shown by the particular game or service.

Service providers and international processing

We use providers for hosting, data storage, authentication, analytics, advertising, payments and optional creation features. These include Vercel, Convex, Clerk, Google, PostHog, RevenueCat and Stripe, as relevant to the product. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries with privacy laws different from yours.

Information is shared as needed to provide those services, respond to your requests, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations or protect rights. Advertising data sharing may be treated as a sale or sharing under some privacy laws; use the available advertising choices to exercise relevant opt-outs. We do not sell account emails or private creation prompts to advertisers.

Retention, access and deletion

Local data remains until you remove it or the app replaces it. We retain service data for the purposes described here, considering account activity, support needs, security, backups and legal requirements. Retention varies by record and provider; we do not promise one period for every system.

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction, or withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing nilu@aacade.com. Account settings offer account deletion where supported. We may need limited information to verify your request and explain any records that must be retained. You may also complain to your local privacy authority, including Australia’s Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Children and changes

Our account and monetized game services covered by this policy are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy as services change. The date below identifies the latest version; material changes may also be communicated in the relevant service.
